Cathy Whims and Ned Ludd’s Jason French collaborate for an inspired Gamay Dinner

We'll be featuring a simple French menu that will be served with wines curated by our event partners at SE Wine Collective. The meal will be served with both rare historic and current vintage Oregon Gamay Noir and French Beaujolais wines side by side.  The true flavors of the wine will take center stage. Each course takes inspiration from French Gamay regions while taking advantage of Oregon’s seasonal ingredients.  Please note that there only 30 seats available for this very special meal.
