Tuesday, 25 Oct. 5P–‘til Nostrana welcomes Marissa Guggiana, founder of Butcher’s Guild & author of Off The Menu Staff Meals in America’s Top Restaurants. 

Copies of Off the Menu will be available for purchase and the author will be present for signing during dinner. Our menu for the evening will include dishes featured in the book.
