Raffaella Prandi at Nostrana

Raffaella Prandi, Roman journalist and food writer for Italy’s influential wine and food publication ‘Gambero Rosso’, will partner with chef Cathy Whims to put forth a Mantovana dinner Monday evening, July 20, at Nostrana.

Born and raised in Mantua, Italy, Raffaella is an expert on Mantovana cuisine. She joins us for a month in Portland to practice her English, cook in the Nostrana kitchen, and explore the city.
