Executive chef & owner Cathy Whims is honored to be cooking at the prestigious Charleston Wine & Food Festival. She will prepare a sformatino of nettles with fonduta and Agnolotti al plin with Oregon truffles at the esteemed Magnolias restaurant with chefs Donald Barickman and Don Drake.
