Thur, 4 Oct: an evening of handmade pasta with Francesca Tori

On Thursday, 4 October, our dinner menu will feature pasta handmade by Bologna’s Francesca Tori. Nostrana is proud to host Francesca on her US tour, to which she brings her passion for Italy, culture and food. From 5–10p, you’ll have the chance to sample her egg pasta—traditional of Bologna and the Emilia Romagna region, made from scratch by hand and rolled out with the rolling pin.
