Meet Nostrana: Devon Chase, Jr. Sous Chef

Jr. Sous Chef Devon Chase developed a voracity for farm direct foods young.  She grew up in an agriculturally rich community in the Yakima Valley surrounded by mint, lavender, grapes, hops and corn.  She raised sheep, horses, and took state all four years of high school for her well-raised pigs.

She worked at ‘The Rock’ in Seattle before coming to Nostrana, where she started as a line cook and quickly made her way up to junior sous chef.  

When she is not whipping the line cooks into shape she enjoys preparing new dishes for her family and friends.  She also performs with Beefcake Burlesque and performs under the stage name Aden N. Abettin as a back-up dancing “Doll” for the internationally acclaimed tranny pop diva sensation, “CJ and the Dolls.”
