Meet Nostrana: Elizabeth Davis, General Manager

General Manger Elizabeth Davis grew up in Sacramento with Italian grandparents who made pasta and gnocchi by hand, and who on special occasions spread polenta into the shape of a giant Italian boot. She worked for Chef Franco Dunn at Taverna Santi and most recently managed the highly regarded Delfina Restaurant in San Francisco’s Mission District. At Delfina she developed a love for the fast pace, flawless service and high energy of a well-run restaurant. Working for Chef Cathy Whims, she has had the opportunity to learn far more about Italian food and wine and Oregon’s incredible farm scene.
