About Us
At Nostrana, the farmers and ingredients cultivate the menu. We specialize in wood-fired, hand-tossed pizzas, creative seasonal pastas, robust meat and fish dishes and an award-winning selection of wines from Italy and the Northwest. This labor of love is undertaken daily by our amazing kitchen, bar, and service staff, led by Executive Chef Brian Murphy and General Manager Tellina Kuhlman.
